The Notebook is one of my all time favorite movies. The story of Allie and Noah, is the epitome of true love. Just like Romeo & Juliet (another all time favorite romance) they are star crossed lovers who's parents seem to get in the middle and cause all kinds of chaos, but even after Allie's mother tries to keep them apart, they find their way back to each other. Live happily ever after, all the way to the end, and Noah never leaves her side. That is exactly how it should be. True love never dies, it just drifts off to sleep and never wakes up.
